1. About Our Services

The Chariot Talks provides:

• Free Vedic astrology tools: birth chart generation, kundali (horoscope compatibility) matching, daily horoscopes, and numerology — all running in-browser with no external API.
• AI Tarot Reading (Drishti Oracle) — an on-demand AI-powered oracle using our 78-card Sanatan Tarot deck, available via credit packs purchased on the Tarot page.
• Astrology courses delivered online via video sessions.
• Hand-illustrated Sanatan tarot decks (physical product).
• eBooks — downloadable digital PDF guides on Vedic numerology, Vastu Shastra, Vedic astrology, palmistry, tarot, and Pranayama.
• Astrology Pass — a subscription granting extended access to our digital tools.
• Educational and entertainment content rooted in Sanatan Dharma, Hindu mythology, the Mahabharata, Ramayana, and Puranas.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account, purchase any product or service, or use our astrology tools. By using the website you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may browse content only with parental supervision.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at thechariottalks1@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Astrology & Spiritual Content — Important Disclaimer

By using our astrology tools and reading our content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not make major life decisions (medical treatment, financial investment, career changes, relationship decisions, or legal matters) based solely on our content or tool outputs.
• We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Any action you take based on content found on this website is entirely at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from reliance on our content.

5. Purchases & Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your card details.

5.3 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. We will send a confirmation email to the address provided. If you do not receive one within 1 hour of payment, contact us at thechariottalks1@gmail.com.

5.4 Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or service, except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (physical products damaged in transit, or a verified technical error on our part preventing digital delivery). By completing a purchase you accept this policy.

6. Courses

Upon successful payment for a course, session details (date, time, and meeting link) will be sent to your registered email. You are expected to join on time. We are not obligated to reschedule sessions missed due to your absence. If we must cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and arrange an alternative time.

7. AI Tarot Reading (Drishti Oracle)

The AI Tarot Reading is an on-demand, AI-powered oracle accessible via credit packs purchased on the Tarot page. Each question consumes one credit. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and are consumed upon delivery of a reading. Credits do not expire and multiple packs stack.

The AI oracle uses our exclusive 78-card Sanatan Tarot deck. Reading history is stored in your account and accessible at any time. Readings are for users aged 18 and above only.

8. Physical Products (Tarot Decks)

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by you. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for return details.

9. eBooks (Digital PDF Guides)

eBooks are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to your registered email address, and the purchase will appear in your account dashboard for future re-downloads.

Exception: if a technical error on our part prevents you from receiving or downloading the file, contact us at thechariottalks1@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly or issue a full refund.

10. Astrology Pass (Subscription)

The Astrology Pass grants premium access to birth chart and kundali tools for a fixed period (currently 30 days from date of activation). The pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and linked to your registered account. It does not auto-renew.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, videos, graphics, course materials, tarot card artwork, and software code — is owned by or licensed to The Chariot Talks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Download your own astrology results for personal reference.

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or distribute our content commercially without written permission.
• Scrape, copy, or re-sell our course content, tarot card designs, or tool outputs.
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the website without our express written consent.
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or account-based restrictions.
• Provide false information during registration or checkout.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to third-party sites (including our YouTube channel, Instagram, and payment processors). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Chariot Talks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any decisions made in reliance on astrology, tarot, numerology, or horoscope content.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other matter relating to the website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Chariot Talks and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or a prominent website notice.
